Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on the personal information we collect about you, how we use it, your legal rights, and the situations in which we may share your information with other organisations when using the Radical Courier Driver application or our Website.

The Data We Collect About You:

• Login Data - your email address and password;
• Location Data - your location data while the Radical Courier application is running on your mobile device, this includes while the application is in the background. Your location data is used for the following, identify deliveries which are close to you, allow customers to track their delivery while it is in progress and to identify the location at the point of collection and delivery;
• Usage Data - details of your use of the application to aid application improvements;
• Bank Details - in order to process payments to you;
• Name - So we can identify you and the deliveries assigned to you;
• Driving Licence & Courier Related Insurance Details - In order to validate your eligibility and process your registration. In order to assist security vetting for collections and deliveries;

What we will actually do with these types of data are:

The data will be held securely on a cloud-based database which has server encryption. You have the right to withdraw from RCS holding this data at any point & consequently the personal data held by RCS will be deleted. This can be done in writing by email or letter and we will act upon that request by no later than the next working day. An exception applies where particular elements of data need to be retained for RCS to manage its financial processes and adherence to UK financial record keeping legislation.

Data Security:

When you are using the App, you will have access to the personal data (including names, addresses and contact number) of for the collection and delivery. You should handle this information with utmost care and in compliance with your data processing obligations under the terms and conditions you have agreed with Radical Courier Service. In the event that you lose your device or otherwise disclose any of the personal data without authorisation, you must contact the following immediately, neilc@radicalcourier.co.uk

Your personal data, all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where you have chosen a password that enables you to access the Radical Courier application, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone, for any purposes. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach involving the Radical Courier application and where this affects your data, we will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are legally required to do so. Data Retention:

We will not retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary for our purposes, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. In the event that you do not use the App for a period of thirty (30) days then we will treat your account as expired and access to your account will be disabled.

Radical Courier Service will not share your information with anyone or any other organisations not directly involved with a job specifically allocated to you.
